Beef & Veggie Meatballs
Suitable from 6 months (once egg and cow’s milk have been introduced separately)
These can served as a finger food - make them any shape you like, longer log shapes can be easier for babies to hold - or blended with some pasta and sauce or extra veggies.

Ingredients
500g beef mince
1 carrot, grated
1 zucchini, grated
1 cup mushrooms, roughly chopped
1 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 egg
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200C
2. Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse briefly until mixture comes together
3. Shape mixture into small balls and place on a greased oven tray
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
