  • What equipment do I need to buy?

  • How do I know when and what to feed my baby?

  • What if they choke?

  • How do I balance milk feeds around solids?

What Parents Are Saying:

“You took the guesswork away and provided me with the confidence that I was desperate for.”

“Delicious food that our whole family still has on high rotation (over a year later) with a simple and comprehensive plan.

You took the guesswork away and provided me with the confidence that I was desperate for. I had been nervous about my little girl transitioning to solids and feeling really clueless about where to begin.

With so much information available from various sources, I found it confusing and overwhelming and the more I talked to other mums, the harder it became! Knowing that I was following your expert advice made it a no-brainer for me.

The recipes are super easy to follow, extremely nutritious and, importantly, very tasty!”

“I felt completely overwhelmed…this guide has taken all that stress away”

Not only does it give you a meal plan for every meal for the first 12 weeks (with easy-to-follow recipes and a handy weekly shopping list), it also gives you a step by step program on quantities to start out with, how to move onto finger foods and eventually self-feeding.

Because it's been prepared by a dietitian, I know my little one is getting the nutrients he needs. He now loves his food and has discovered so many different yummy flavours. It's been fun for me too!

Skye

Hi, I’m Skye

I’m a paediatric dietitian and mother of two.

In my 15+ years as a paediatric dietitian, I’ve advised many new parents about how to introduce solids to their babies.

But it wasn't until I had a baby myself that I really understood how overwhelming it can be. There’s a mountain of information to sift through and so much conflicting advice, it can be hard to know where to even start!

I created this guide to give new parents simple, practical and evidence-based advice about introducing solids so that they can feel confident about feeding their baby and teaching them to eat.

I want to help make it as easy and stress-free as possible so that you can enjoy this exciting stage with your baby.
