Ingredients
1 small apple, peeled and grated
½ cup berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
2 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk
½ cup natural yoghurt
Method
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mash or blend if required
