Banana Mango Overnight Oats

Great for busy mornings, these overnight oats are a nutritious, filling and very tasty breakfast for babies, toddlers and the whole family. Just mix them up the night before, pop them in the fridge and you’ve got breakfast all ready to go!

Suitable from 6 months

Note: Cow’s milk can be added to cereal and used in cooking from 6 months (if tolerated)


Ingredients

1 banana

½ cup mango

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk (or water)


Method

1. Mash banana. Finely dice mango

2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mash or blend as required
