Apricot Puree

Suitable from 6 months (or whenever your baby starts solids)
Ingredients
8 apricots
Method
1. Halve apricots and remove stones
2. Place apricot halves in a small saucepan with ¼ cup water
3. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes or until very soft
4. Blend using food processor or stick blender
