Makes: 1 1/2 cups
Not suitable for freezing


Ingredients (makes 1 1/2 cups)

400 g tin chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 tsp tahini
½ lemon, juiced
1 small garlic clove (optional)
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ cup water
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil


Method

1. Place chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and cumin in food processor and blend until well combined

2. Add water and blend until incorporated, add oil slowly and blend until very smooth
