Pea, Zucchini and Mint Puree
Introducing your little one to green vegetables early on is a great way to encourage them to be veggie lovers for life. This pea, zucchini and mint puree is full of flavour and nutrients such as fibre, protein and vitamins A and C.

Makes: 1 cup
Suitable for freezing
Suitable from 6 months (or whenever your baby starts solids)
Ingredients (makes 1 cup)
1 cup frozen peas
1 large zucchini
Small handful mint leaves
Method
1. Top and tail zucchini and slice into 1cm chunks
2. Place peas and zucchini in steamer and steam for 10 minutes or until very soft.
3. Add mint leaves and blend until smooth (add a little cooled boiled water if needed)
