Quick Fish Sticks
One of my most popular fish recipes for toddlers and babies, these are a healthier alternative to packaged fish fingers and make a great finger food. Plus they're baked in the oven so they're very quick and easy!
Fish and seafood are the best source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for little ones' brain and eye development.
