Banana and Blueberry Porridge
Porridge is a great breakfast for babies, it’s nutritious, quick to make and easy for them to eat. The addition of banana and blueberry makes it even tastier and more nutritious.

Serves: 1 baby and 2 adults (makes about 3 cups)

Note: Cow’s milk can be added to cereal and used in cooking from 6 months (if tolerated)
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups milk (or water)
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
Method
1. Slice banana. Place all the ingredients in a large, microwave safe bowl
2. Microwave on high for 7 minutes, stirring once or twice and adding more milk or water if required. Alternatively, place in medium saucepan over medium heat and cook for 8 minutes or until liquid is absorbed
3. Blend if necessary using a food processor or stick blender (add a little extra milk or water if needed)
